This four stateroom 92 Foot Cockpit motor yacht is a well thought out and designed yacht with influences from various regions of the world, the Pacific Northwest, Southern California (Cal Deck), and Florida/Bahamas. As you walk the entire boat you will see high quality equipment and hardware throughout the yacht, and the design placement of the equipment and spacial management is impeccable.
She was very lightly used for her first 6 years with only 250 hours on her in 2021 with most of the light usage being in the Pacific Northwest during short summer months only. In 2021, after Covid she was in like-new condition with some appliances never being used, as well as the entire vessel.
This 92 Foot Cockpit Motor Yacht is the perfect platform for family cruising with a large cockpit for easy access to the water through a transom door to the swim platform. There is not another vessel on the water that offers the entertaining opportunity that this yacht offers from a perspective of aft deck seating with a bench facing forward at the aft deck table and occasional teak chairs that face aft towards the cockpit and overlooking the cockpit. The Cockpit has further comfortable mezzanine seating facing aft for relaxing or keeping an eye on the fishng lines in the water.
She offers a 4 stateroom layout with the owners stateroom having its own staircase for privacy and its own clothes washer and dryer set.
The replacement cost of a custom built yacht like this exceeds well over 10 million, this is a rare opportunity for a turnkey world class yacht.
