Ceiling, wall panels, and carpeting require full refinishing.
Starboard cabin woodwork under porthole shows past water intrusion damage from porthole left open. Needs full refinishing.
Galley refrigerator/freezer is functional but seals are missing so water leaks and flooring has water damage.
Upholstery and mattress in starboard berth need replacement due to previous water intrusion.
TV lift mechanism and various electrical systems require servicing.
