PANAM is a genuinely full-custom yacht, conceived and built as a one-off Baglietto, with every technical system specified, upgraded and executed to a standard beyond the series boats that share her Fuoriserie lineage. From propulsion and electrical architecture to navigation, stabilisation and climate systems, she was engineered without compromise — a bespoke platform rather than a catalogue hull. Her exceptional design and innovation have received international recognition, with PANAM awarded the Innovation Award in the 40–50m yacht category at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2021 and named a finalist at the UK Design & Innovation Awards 2022.
Built and certified to full Lloyd’s Register class under the notation 100 A1 SSC, Yacht, Mono, HSC, G6, MCH, PANAM benefits from a level of engineering and certification rarely seen in a yacht of this size. She has been maintained to that standard throughout her life.
Designed inside and out by Francesco Paszkowski, PANAM pairs this technical pedigree with a striking modern profile: a straight bow and expansive sculpted glazing. Her performance matches her looks — triple MTU engines driving KaMeWa waterjets for a top speed of 31 knots, exceptional for a yacht of this size and fully consistent with her HSC certification. The main deck salon flows around a living "green" wall that separates it from the dining area, while the forward full-beam master suite offers a walk-in wardrobe and a hammam bathroom. Aft, the very large beach club opens on three sides to a transformer platform for effortless sea access, and the 65 m² sun deck features a large aft custom-made saltwater pool with counter current swimming system, while a sunbathing area can be found at the bow.
She has just completed her Special Survey, with class assigned on 10 June 2026 and her Certificate of Class valid until 09 June 2031. For an incoming owner this is a significant advantage: no imminent yard period, no looming survey obligations, and a vessel presented in fully verified, turnkey condition. Combined with exceptionally low running hours — approximately 1,550 on each main engine — she offers the reassurance of a brand-new yacht with the availability and value of a proven one.
