The Rock Marine 40 is a high-performance RIB designed for owners who value speed, control, and real offshore capability, without sacrificing comfort or practicality. Built on a proven deep-V hull with triple step developed from racing heritage, the Rock Marine 40 delivers confident handling, solid seakeeping, and an engaging driving experience in a wide range of conditions.
Below deck, the cabin is intelligently laid out to support overnight use and extended days on the water. Depending on configuration, it offers sleeping accommodations, a compact galley area, and an enclosed head, making the boat suitable for weekend cruising as well as fast day trips. The focus throughout is efficient use of space, durability, and comfort rather than unnecessary complexity.
The Rock Marine 40 is well suited for owners looking for a versatile platform: high-speed coastal cruising, island hopping, tender support, or adventure boating, all in a package that remains manageable and owner-operated.

Rock Marine | Background
Rock Marine traces its roots back to 2006, when its predecessor, Bel Marine, began designing racing hulls for powerboat competition, earning multiple distinctions for performance and seakeeping. In 2008, the first Rock RIB was introduced, quickly gaining attention for its handling and offshore capability.
Since joining the Hull Works group in 2019, Rock Marine has re-engineered and re-introduced its core models, the Rock Marine 30, 36, and the latest Rock Marine 40, (with 2 models at 45 and 50 ft currently in development) to meet modern expectations for build quality, reliability, and onboard comfort. Each model is hand-built using advanced production methods and high-quality materials, preserving the brand’s sporty character while improving livability and finish.
Rock Marine has expanded into the North American market through Rock Marine USA, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dealer opportunities available for North America, Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America.

Greek RIB builders operate in one of the most demanding real-world marine environments anywhere. The Aegean and Ionian Seas are defined by short, steep chop, unpredictable cross-seas, and strong Meltemi winds, often developing quickly and without long swell intervals. Boats here are not designed for marketing photos or flat-water runs, they are designed to be driven hard, often, and safely. This environment has shaped a design philosophy that prioritizes seakeeping, balance, and driver confidence above everything else.
Rock Marine applies this philosophy through true deep-V hull forms with pronounced deadrise and racing-derived running surfaces, engineered to cut cleanly through chop, maintain grip and stability at speed, and re-enter the water softly in changing conditions. Careful weight distribution and hull balance reduce the need for constant trim correction, resulting in predictable handling and reduced driver fatigue, characteristics that experienced operators immediately recognize offshore.
