WALKTHROUGH
Entering the salon on SUMMERHOUSE see the beautiful teak and holly sole throughout. To starboard side, there are two Grand Banks barrel chairs with a locker in between with TV on top and entertainment equipment inside, including 2 Fusion stereo heads for the different zones & KVH control. Port side of the salon is an L-Settee with a small locker with two drawers on the far aft end, and a cabinet on the forward side of the L-Settee. To port is the L-shaped Galley. On the inboard side of the first section (front of the “L”) is a glass storage locker. The Galley features Corian countertop, large Corian sink with a separate spigot for filtered water, Grunert refrigeration/freezer, Force 10 Gas Stove/Oven, and microwave. Storage is plentiful with two Grand Banks drop-down overhead lockers on the aft section of the galley, two additional drawers forward, three different sections that lift up with dedicated storage for plates and other galley related equipment, and forward on the outboard side are another four storage drawers. A separate trash bin. To starboard is the lower helm with a Grand Banks built-in helmseat and a door to the sidedeck, which is great to have in this model for easy docking and line handling. The helm station has full instrumentation with large 7216 Garmin screen in center, Simrad Autopilot, Raymarine TriData, Panish controls as an upgrade, Side-Power bow thruster controls, anchor and windlass operation, and the main electrical breaker panel with GB volt and ammeter. Just aft of the helm is the Grand Banks bar arrangement with top lift-up for glass and other storage and icemaker below. The front folds down with a piece of Corian on top to use as a cutting board. The sliding entry doors totally open up the Salon in a beautiful way; SUMMERHOUSE is a beautiful boat!
Heading down to the accommodation deck, the Master Stateroom is forward with the Guest Stateroom to port. The Master Stateroom has an Island Queen berth, cedar-lined hanging locker, plentiful storage, two opening ports with curtains, an overhead hatch with Ocean Air blinds, and direct entry door to the Head. The Guest Stateroom features two large, comfortable berths; one is aft and a little higher with storage below, and the other is completely outboard. Actually, these berths are larger than they would be if the alternative side-by-side singles arrangement was chosen. The Guest Stateroom offers a very large cedar-lined hanging locker, two opening ports with curtains, an overhead hatch with Ocean Air blinds. The blinds and curtains are in excellent condition, adding to the confidence of the knowledgeable upkeep this whole boat has received throughout her ownership. Across the companionway from the Guest Stateroom is entry to the head with separate stall shower with nice glass doors and plenty of headroom. and Vacuflush head. I got a nice glass door and plenty of head drum all the way through T rates on the bottom just a beautiful lower deck arrangement on summer house. Doors access from master or companionway.
The Flybridge is easily accessed from the staircase on the aft deck. There is a 2025 model AB 10VS tender with 20hp outboard and Marquipt 600-lb. davit aft. Forward of that is the GB optional L-settee and to port forward is a back to back benchseat with storage below. Starboard has a 2-person back-to-back benchseat with storage below each. The Flybridge is covered by a Navy Blue Bimini top, 4-sided enclosure, and “Navy Blue” dodgers in excellent condition. The Flybridge helm station has repeated equipment such as a Garmin 7216 screen, Simrad Autopilot, Raymarine depthsounder, and Side-Power bow thruster. The foredeck features a Grand Banks anchor platform with two anchor rollers. In the aft cockpit there are two lazarette hatches to access storage. Forward there is another hatch with entrance to the pump/machinery room housing twin Caterpillar 3126B main engines at 420hp each with 1,715 hours as of 22 April 2026, Northern Lights 8kW generator and all machinery.
