Vessel Overview
The Fountaine Pajot Maryland 37 is a rare, highly sought-after power catamaran designed for exceptional stability, efficiency, and long-range cruising capability. Thanks to her efficient twin hull form and twin Yanmar diesels, she boasts an impressive cruising range of up to 1,000 nautical miles at 8 knots. Combining the benefits of a stable trawler platform with a shallow 3-foot draft, this vessel is perfectly engineered for coastal exploration, Caribbean island-hopping, or conquering the Great Loop. Her dual engines and wide beam offer exceptional close-quarters maneuverability and unmatched stability both underway and at anchor.

Accommodations & Layout
The innovative interior design draws heavily on Fountaine Pajot's legendary multihull expertise, offering the living space of a much larger monohull vessel.

Saloon: Features a large, comfortable U-shaped dinette that easily accommodates four to six guests for dining. The table converts into an additional double berth for guests.
Galley: Designed for extended live-aboard comfort, the panoramic galley includes a spacious worktop, a custom cabinetwork bar, and full appliances, all while offering 360-degree views of the water.
Cabins: A highly desirable two-cabin layout split across both hulls for ultimate privacy. Each private stateroom features a spacious double bed, ample storage, and its own dedicated en-suite head with a separate shower.
Twin Helms: Enjoy all-weather versatility with a lower interior helm station in the main saloon and a comprehensive upper helm on the flybridge.

Deck & Exterior Features

Flybridge: A raised flybridge with a custom bimini awning delivering excellent visibility, comfortable helm seating, and ample room to entertain guests.
Aft Cockpit: A large, fully shaded aft cockpit that acts as a natural extension of the saloon, ideal for alfresco dining or lounging.
Walk-Around Decks: Wide, safe, and stable flat decks provide secure handling and ease of movement when docking or anchoring.

SWEET T is exceptionally well-maintained, stable, and completely ready for her next long-distance adventure.
