• The hull is all hand-laminated FBG from the waterline down and Balsa cored FBG sandwich from the waterline up.

• The bottom was barrier-coated by Nauticat in Finland before she was shipped to the U.S.
• Teak Deck re-caulked 2012, maintained per Teak-Decking Systems guidelines.
• Side, aft and fore teak deck removed, now non-skid paint.

• Bow pulpit has hardware for tack of asymetrical spinnakers.

• Engine maintenance 2016 - turbo-charger rebuilt, new injectors, heat exchanger, and oil coolers rebuilt, new water pump.
• Oil, coolant and filters replaced annually.

• Engine alarm, both helms.

ACCOMMODATIONS: TIME IN A BOTTLE is well-arranged below deck and can accommodate 5. A filler for the pilothouse settee increases accommodations to 7. The aft cabin has full, generous. athwartship cabin volume without the cockpit compromising headroom as on aft cockpit boats. The double berth is large and arranged fore and aft. There are opening portlights Port & Starboard for light & ventilation. There is good -sized hanging locker in the forward corner of the cabin and another just forward going up the steps into the pilothouse. The aft head is in the forward corner and is totally private to the aft cabin. A sink w/ hot & cold pressure water, a shower, head with 30 gallon holding tank and lockers outboard and under sink are in this head compartment.

There is a vee berth in forward cabin with overhead hatch, Nicro Solar vent fan for light and ventilation, and four drawers are under the vee berth. A hanging locker is in the Port side aft corner.

The pilothouse is up 2 steps and forward and has numerous lockers below the starboard side pilothouse windows The pilothouse affords panoramic visibility whether seated or standing. A large U-shaped settee and dinette table is to port. The chart table, helm throttle & gear occupy the starboard forward corner and the yacht can be run from this station with all needed instrumentation. Forward and two steps down, is the galley to starboard with off- white formica counter tops. There are lockers and drawers under the counter as well.

GALLEY:

• 12V Toploading refrigerated icebox, Engels refrigeration.
• Gimballed, 3 burner propane stove with oven.
• Double S/S galley sink with Hot & Cold pressure water.
• Teak drawers under counter.
• Sliding cutting board under counter.
