112′ Westport “Second Love” Walkthrough Video

“Second Love” is truly the most highly customized and upgraded 112′ Westport ever built. Her custom Robin Rose interior features numerous upgrades to include custom cherry joinery, onyx stonework and newly designed improvements to her layout, and she has very low hours on her MTU DDC 16V2000s. Join us as we take a walkthrough of this spectacular superyacht:

I’m Chris Daves with Denison Yachting, and today we’re going to take you on a tour of this beautiful 112 Westport. Starting on the dive platform there are two stairways up to the aft deck. We also have secondary access to the engine room here.

Now making our way up to the aft deck as you can see there’s banquette seating here for at least 8, maybe 10 people. There’s a nice bar with 2 barstools. Over here on the starboard side is the other entrance to the crew area and engine room.

Moving into the main salon you can see here on the port side there’s a nice bar and on the starboard side opposite that is a big pop-up TV. Forward of that area is a beautiful seating area for at least 8-10 people. And then forward to that is the dining area. On the starboard side opposite of the dining area, there’s storage for all your plates and dining necessities. Also in the main salon here you can feel the 23-foot beam.

Moving forward from the main salon to the port side here you can see a beautiful powder room. And opposite that is the main entrance to the yacht. Here on the port side again as we move forward is a stairway up to the pilothouse and beyond that is a beautiful country kitchen. Sometimes on boats of this size, the galley can be an afterthought or perhaps even a place where guests are uncomfortable coming. It’s clear on this boat that this is a very comforting, open area for everybody to use.

Moving forward from the galley area and down just a few steps, you’ll find the VIP cabin. It’s a beautiful cabin, it’s large, it’s got a very nice large bath and it’s very private and secluded, which you don’t usually find on boats of this size.

So we’re going to come out of the VIP and make our way through the galley, past the powder room and we’re about amidship right now. We’re going to go over to the port side of the boat and there’s an area here, a utility area that has another big refrigerator, wine storage and a washer/dryer. You can see a floor here has some fantastic onyx stonework.

Moving forward from there we go down some steps to the owner’s area and the other two guest cabins. We’ll go into the owner’s area and you can see this bedroom is the full beam of the boat, it’s very large. To the starboard side, you have a big TV and a seating area. Also to the port side there’s a large walk-in closet, and behind the king-size bed is a very large his and hers bath; beautiful stonework.

So as we make our way out of the master stateroom, on the starboard side here you can see there’s a queen berth in this cabin and it has a very nice roomy bathroom. And the opposite bedroom are twin berths. By the way, all the TVs and audio-video system on this boat were updated about a year ago.

So as we leave this area, we come up the steps and then around the corner here to the pilothouse. The pilothouse is equipped with all the latest navigation aids, and it’s really the nerve center of the boat. This is where the boat is run from 90% of the time. This particular 112 has a pop-up TV in this area, which is really unusual. But it was installed because the owner wanted to have a place for his kids to come and get away from mom and dad. As you can see, the captain has his own area here for navigation or what have you.

Making our way up these steps from the pilothouse to the flybridge is the helm station and on the port side over here, you can see there’s a nice bar with barstools and the starboard side there’s some built-in seating. And this is a very popular area. It’s completely enclosed with Eisenglass which can knock down any excessive wind you might have.

Moving further aft and down just a few steps, you’d see on the port side here, there’s a nice Jacuzzi and opposite that is some more seating. And overhead you can see this beautiful sail awnings that can go up or down depending on the conditions. Aft of that is the storage for the hard bottom inflatable, wave runners and any other toys you might want to carry along.

Second Love is powered by a pair of MTU 16V 2000 diesel engines, and they develop about 2,000 horsepower each, which can allow this vessel to cruise easily at 22 knots.
