I just want to write you and let you know what a great experience I had with Drew selling my Boston Whaler. I first met Drew over the phone inquiring about another boat. I am from out of town and recently purchased a home in Lauderdale and my boat was also in Lauderdale but for the most part, I have been in Maryland.
I was looking for a 42 Yellowfin to purchase and was sure I did not want to sell my Whaler until I had purchased a new boat. Drew was an unbelievable resource to me in regards to looking at different YFs as well as a number of other center consoles. Throughout the process he was very patient, always returned calls and texts no matter how trivial the questions.
Drew eventually got me in touch with Wylie Negler at Yellowfin and I ended up purchasing a 2017 42YF. At that point, Drew went to work to sell my boat. My timeline was short. I kept my Whaler at Port Marina in Lauderdale and I needed that spot for the new YF. His advice and knowledge on pricing and reading the current market were spot on. The boat was sold, I believe in less than 2 weeks.
Drew has continued to keep in contact with me and give great suggestions on everything regarding the boat. When you are from out of town it is so important to find someone you can trust. Believe me, I have had some real problems with people trying to take advantage of the situation.
You have a fantastic asset in Drew Offerdahl. More importantly, you have a very good person that represents your company with knowledge, integrity, and honesty. I hope to get Drew out fishing on my new boat…..BUT ONE THING IS FOR SURE WHEN I DECIDE TO BUY OR SELL MY NEXT BOAT I WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH DREW.
