75′ Cape Horn 2001 Sold By Yacht Broker Judy Waldman

Denison announces the sale of DEVIL’S ADVOCATE, a 75′ Cape Horn built in 2001 and located in Athens, Greece by Denison yacht broker Judy Waldman who represented the Seller while the Buyer was represented by Miles Clark of Ocean Independence.

DEVIL’S ADVOCATE is one of the three in the CH 75/81 series of transoceanic vessels. Her interior design is elegant, with solid cherry woodwork by Canadian craftsmen.

The salon is spacious with large windows, 1/2″ glass, give guests a panoramic view of the water, and brings in fresh air. A high gloss dining table seats eight. The master stateroom features a private bath with jacuzzi tub.

Located in Athens, Greece, DEVIL’S ADVOCATE was asking $1,510,000 at the time of sale.
