Hey guys, it’s Bob and we are going to talk about the things we did in the month of January. Some of this bleeds into December because we forgot to do one for December. Forgive us, it was Christmas and all that stuff, but it’ll be sort of an extended one. We’re going to try to make it fast and interesting as usual.

We are going to talk about the three things we always talk about, and I hate the fact that I have to do this every time, but once in a while we get someone that watches for the first time, and they’re like, what are they going to talk about? Here’s what we’re going to talk about. One, what we did. Two, what we’re going to do and the third thing is who we are. We usually highlight somebody. We’re a department here at the company that makes us who we are, makes us Denison.

So the what we did part, we did a lot. We did the Stuart Boat Show, which is one of the, in my opinion, coolest kind of regional shows here in South Florida. We had more boats on display and more brokers there than ever. It was a really, really good show. Another thing we did was a cool lifestyle shoot. So with our growing charter fleet we took a few boats to the Bahamas, did a lot of really neat kind of, here’s how fun a yacht charter can be. I was not invited to go on that video shoot, sadly. Oh, but I heard it was great and hopefully you’ll see a really cool video coming out soon. All about chartering in The Bahamas. And big, big, big news for us, we hired Nico, otherwise known as Nicholas Fry. He is awesome. And it’s a big addition to our team in Europe. He’s going to lead our charter management efforts. He has a ton of experience, very smart, very good family guy. Like all the stuff that makes him a perfect fit here. And he’s started and we’re excited about our growing charter fleet, not only here in the US, but news to come on a growing charter fleet in Europe. So welcome to board Nico. We’re so happy you’re here.

And of course we sold some boats. So we’re going to start out. We sold a 164′ Westport. We have Chris Daves, thank for that. That is BACCHUS. We also sold a 125′ Palmer Johnson. Thanks to Mike Burke. That boat is called Milk & HONEY. Speaking of Palmer Johnsons, Will Noftsinger sold at 123′ called TEMPTATION. We also sold a 115′ New Zealand Power Catamaran. I had never heard of that brand. I’d never seen that boat, but it is awesome. It’s really, really cool.

And on that note, we had a brand new broker that started with us, Michael Johnson. If you ever meet him, he looks like, kind of a handsomer younger version of Hunter Biden. He did a great job on the deal and worked with Tony Smith on it. We also closed a 106′ San Lorenzo, thanks to David Johnson and we also sold two Numarines. One is a new construction project with Alex Clarke. Thank you. That is a 37XP. And also a brokerage 32XP sold by Jace Kizzier. That boat was called ZARANIA. Pierre Badin over in our office in Monaco, closed on 104′ Princess. We also closed on 104′ Mangusta 2023 that was just delivered by the yard here in South Florida. That was sold by Peter Quintal. David Johnson just a few days ago, closed on a red boat. And I’ll be talking about red things in a second because of the American Heart Association. The boat’s called Red Pearl, a 100′ MCP. Young Aaron Antonson closed on a 94′ Sunseeker Motor Yacht down in Miami. We also closed on a 92′ Lazzara, a really cool boat. Joe Lazzara was involved in that transaction along with Justin Nystedt.

Along with that, we had an in-house deal, 86′ Sunseeker. One of my favorite boats called Enterprise was closed in-house with four brokers, which is really unusual but cool how it happened. David Johnson, we had Brian, we had Alex and Aaron involved in the deal. It was a good closing as well as an 82′ Horizon, also in-house by Peter Quintal and Will Noftsinger. And we weren’t going to mention this one because it’s a smaller boat, but it’s a really cool boat. And the broker is the only guy here at the company with a better beard than myself, Aleks Taldykin. Congratulations on a 48′ RIVA.

And a lot of other boats as well. Those are the fun ones that are great to mention in a video like this. And now the part of the video where we talk about what we’re going to do, and we have a lot, I have a list of things I’m going over here and I’m going to highlight four events that we’re doing. One of them is going to be the Big Boat Show next month, and that big boat show, of course I’m talking about is Miami which is going to be happening February 15th and the 19th. That’s always a huge effort. And right after that we’re going to be doing a charter show. It’s called the Bahama, let me get this right. Bahama Charter Yacht Show. It’s a good name for a boat show. That’s going to be happening in Nassau. We’re going to have four to five charter yachts there. Getting ready for that as the charter part of our business becomes even more and more important. And we’re also doing, our big fundraiser every year with the American Heart Association. We are going to be raising money for the American Heart Association. And you’re going to see us doing cool things with them. So we’re going to be doing a few fundraisers all attached. We’re going to be wearing red. One of our offices, actually a few of our offices probably are going to be lit up in red. Heart Association does the biggest things to fight for heart related diseases.

And they do research and they do education. They really make a big difference and helping us as humans never have to suffer through losing a loved one because of heart disease or a heart attack or a stroke. And they are a very important organization to me. Like many of you, I’ve lost people very, very, very close to me from heart related issues, and we do whatever we can to support them. So we have big things coming there that are exciting. We’re going to do some really neat auction items and some fun things that you’ll be hearing about later, but that’s also something that we’re going to.

And now, and this kind of relates to the American Heart Association thing because the guy that’s leading that for us is Alex Clarke. And today I’m going to talk about who we are. And it is going to be all about Alex G. Clarke. The G is for Griswold, not that Griswold, but you know, Alex Griswold Clarke. And he is going to be heading the American Heart Association thing. And he was like my first phone call to do it. And it got me thinking about how important he is. He really helped build this place in a lot of ways, and he represents so much about what I love about a good yacht broker, which is the core of our success here. He is extremely smart. He gives a damn about making clients happy. Big, big fan of his. I look up to him as a dad and a husband, and he is one of those guys that is important to me and important to the company, and we wouldn’t be where we are without him.

And that is a big part of who we are. Really good people that care about all the right things and are willing to sacrifice to make clients happy in the whole yacht, purchase and sale process. Good, fun, and safe. Alex does that really, really, really well. So very much who we are. Alex G. Clarke, I love you so much.

Thanks guys, for watching. I don’t know how to say goodbye. We’ve done like 15 takes of this. I don’t know how to land this plane. So goodbye. Hope to see you on the docks. Hope to see you at the boat shows.
