This is Bob, and this is our recap for February. We’re going to talk about three things, what we did, what we’re going to do, and who we are and we are going to start out with the, of course, what we did part. And we’re going to start out that part with Brian Nobles, who is our, and by our, the entire network of Beneteau dealers. Beneteau, the largest producer of boats in the world, acknowledged Brian as their top salesperson or top broker. It’s called the Top Gun Award. He’s won it three of the last four years. And Brian is an integral part of our success there. And we are not only appreciative and proud and all that stuff, but Brian’s been here a really long time. Started out as my banker at Citibank years ago. And not only is he an awesome friend, but a great broker. Thank you Brian Nobles and thank you Beneteau.

We also had a really cool event here in Fort Lauderdale at what I would consider the coolest property, the coolest estate in Fort Lauderdale. We did a great open house with our friends at Douglas Elliman, Julie Jones, as well as our really good friends at Holman Motorcars. They brought a Bentley and a Rolls-Royce. We brought two Feadships and it was one of those really neat special, why don’t we do these more type of an event? And it was not a lot of fun, a lot of great people were there and it was just neat to see a collaboration of all those things kind of come together. And by the way, thank you Jennifer Peacock for helping us do that.

We also, of course, did the Miami Boat Show or the Miami Yacht Show. Or are they calling it both things now? I guess. But that just happened. I don’t want to go through the whole thing again because we’ve already been talking about it a lot, but here is. 12 seconds of the Miami Yacht Show. And that was it. That was the Miami show.

And in the midst of all those things, we also sold some boats. I’m going to highlight six of them. The biggest boat that we sold in the month of February was by Kurt Bosshardt, who sold a 155-foot Christensen called ZEAL. We also closed on another Numarine, new construction project, Alex G. Clarke thank you. Ali, thank you. The Numarine team, thank you. A 40 MXP to a repeat client. Excited about that. We also closed on an 88-foot Horizon. That was Peter Quintal. We also closed on an 82-foot Sunseeker 2004. That was Will and Carrie Noftsinger. Patrick Hopkins sold a boat. He sold a 78-foot Princess 2020.

So now what are we going to do in the month of March? We’re going to do a few things. Palm Beach. You guys are going to hear us talking a lot about that. We are starting not just the, what boats are going to be there, but the events and all the things surrounding the Palm Beach Show. We’re going to have over 20 boats at the show and yachts, brokerage and new boats. We’re also going to have a great display with a lot of cool events. One of the events that we’re going to be doing is our issue five of Frank Magazine launch party. That’s happening Saturday night.

And one of the other things we’re going to be doing is raising money for the American Heart Association and it’s attached to a Heart Walk that’s happening here in Broward County on the 12th of March. But we are also going to be raising a lot of money in like creative ways and we usually don’t like to be like, hey, just give us money for this thing, even though maybe we should, because it’s an important issue. A lot of people here at our company, like a lot of companies have lost people and loved ones to heart related issues. And so we are putting forth this ask, we attach it to a lot of fun things. We’re going to have a raffle; we’re going to have a silent auction. So there’s a lot of cool ways to get involved. We’d appreciate your support. So at the bottom of this video, wherever we post it, we’re going to put a link attached to it and you will be able to participate. We hope you do, hope you share it and all that stuff. It would mean a lot to me personally and the team here.

And also who we are. So this month that we’re going to be talking about just how nice we are. And nice is like a weird word. It’s just like sort of one of those, but it’s like an important part of who we are. We always want to be the kind of people that are waving first and flashing a thumbs up first or just going out of our way to be nice and kind to everybody around us. And we decided to show you just how freaking nice we are. So here’s a video of us being nice in slow motion. And that’s it. That is this month’s recap. We can’t wait to see you guys on the docks up in Palm Beach. Thanks a lot for watching. Bye.
