TEMPO REALE, a 112′ Hakvoort built in 1990, was sold by Bruce Schattenburg and Scott LaCroix, who represented the Seller, with Russ Schafer and Drew Offerdahl introducing the Buyer.

TEMPO REALE has been extensively upgraded with a new Control4 smart integration system, Kaleidescape movie server, Garmin navigation suite, Starlink Internet, LED lighting, wool carpeting, and televisions throughout (all completed in 2023). The yacht features a spacious main salon with warm wood finishes, a dining area, a bar, and access to advanced entertainment systems.
