92' AllSeas 2010 Sold by Grant Ninneman [D'NICE]

D'NICE is a 92-foot AllSeas yacht built in 2010. She has a steel hull, a 24' beam, an 8' draft, and five cabins, with a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck.

D'NICE was sold by Grant Ninneman of Denison Yachting, who introduced the Buyer. Trevor Caroll with Fraser represented the Seller.

D'NICE was last asking $3,495,000 at the time of the sale. She was located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

D'NICE is powered by twin 600 hp engines. She cruises at 10 knots and has a max speed of 12 knots.

D'NICE has five cabins, each with an ensuite head. The full-beam owner's suite is forward on the main deck with a king bed, an office area, a settee, and an ensuite head with dual sinks and a marble shower. The lower deck has two midship cabins with queen beds and two aft cabins with two single beds each. Crew quarters forward sleep two and include a crew head.

All heads aboard D'NICE have marble countertops and heated floors. There's also a washer and dryer in the guest hallway.

The salon has a leather couch, two leather chairs, a 40-inch smart TV, and a dining table for six. Forward of the salon, the galley has a dinette for six, counter seating for three, a pantry, and two commercial freezers, followed by a day head and a separate crew entrance. The full-beam owner's suite is forward on the main deck.

The upper deck holds the pilothouse, with two Stidd helm chairs and a settee, along with a sky lounge with an L-shaped settee and a captain's office with a chart table. The covered flybridge has a jacuzzi, seating, and a secondary helm station.
