Captain: Martin Fritsch

Captain Martin Fritsch brings over a decade of hands-on experience aboard yachts ranging from 20 to 50 meters, including five years dedicated to charter.

With a background in the French Navy and volunteer firefighting, Martin blends discipline, calm authority, and a deep sense of responsibility into every journey. He’s worked closely with trusted crew members Teo and Carole in the past, forming a reliable and well-coordinated team.

A passionate watersports enthusiast, Martin has also competed in wakeboard competitions—bringing an energetic, playful edge to his role as captain. His favorite charter destinations include the Porquerolles Islands, Cap Taillat, Corsica, Porto Venere, and Capri. When asked what he’d rename the yacht, he says: “AQUALAND.”

Off the water, he’d still be in service—whether in uniform or saving lives. Guests value his quiet strength, unwavering focus on safety, and the warm, adventurous spirit he brings to every charter.

Deckhand: Teo Ginesta

Now in his seventh season in yachting, Teo brings a dynamic blend of energy, technical skill, and enthusiasm to his role as Deckhand on vessels ranging from 30 to 48 meters.

A former high-level swimmer and passionate about sports and water activities, he thrives in any setting that combines motion and the sea. Always eager to assist guests with watersports while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This marks his third charter season working alongside Captain Martin, adding strong teamwork and seamless coordination to the crew. Guests appreciate his approachable nature, can-do attitude, and genuine passion for creating memorable moments on board.

Chief Stewardess: Carole Merland

With over 12 years of yachting experience across the Mediterranean and Caribbean, Chief Stewardess Carole is the heart of the guest experience on board. With a strong background in hospitality and an eye for detail, Carole ensures every moment feels seamless, personalized, and unforgettable. Her warm presence, refined service, and effortless coordination create a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere from the moment guests step aboard.

Having worked closely with Captain Martin and Teo before BLUE EYES, she brings a sense of harmony and professionalism to the team.

Among her favorite memories? Swimming with the pigs in the Bahamas with guests.

If she could rename the yacht for a day, she'd call it PARADISE, a name that perfectly captures the experience she strives to deliver.

Stewardess: Lauren Fowlds

With a background in real estate, hospitality, and marketing, Lauren brings a vibrant mix of professionalism, service finesse, and infectious energy to the team. Specializing in housekeeping and guest care, she ensures every corner of the yacht is immaculate and every guest feels truly at home. Her positive attitude and attention to detail shine through in every interaction, whether she’s preparing a cabin or adding a thoughtful touch to a celebration.

One of her favorite moments onboard was organizing a guest’s unforgettable birthday. For Lauren, it’s all about creating joy, and Portofino, Italy, remains one of her favorite places she’s been with guests.

Chef: Ruben Morante Aviles

Chef Ruben, a Spanish native, brings over 15 years of culinary experience from renowned 4- and 5-star hotels and restaurants across Mallorca and the Canary Islands.

His cuisine is a celebration of fresh Mediterranean flavors, with standout specialties like paella, BBQ, oven-roasted fish, and vibrant, health-conscious dishes.

Since stepping into the world of yachting, Ruben has cooked aboard yachts ranging from 30m to 62m, quickly earning a reputation for his creativity, precision, and ability to delight guests with every meal. Whether it’s a sunset seafood feast on deck or a light, energizing lunch after a swim, Ruben crafts dishes that turn moments into memories.
