Léo’s many cruises on sailing boats and his experience in yachting has given him a wealth of experience in the maritime world. Having worked as a crew member for yacht charter guests for 8 years, Léo is especially skilled with ship maintenance, mechanics, painting, mooring, seamanship, sailing manoeuvres, use and mastery of navigation equipment, team management and manoeuvres at the helm. Léo is approachable, passionate about his role, and speaks 3 languages!

Job Description

Léo oversees the navigation, general operations, and financial management of the vessel, as well as the well-being of both the crew and guests. He maintains the yacht's efficient functioning at all times, ensuring strict compliance with hazard protocols and regulations. He further takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state laws, and local regulations, managing the crew to guarantee full comprehension and compliance with the vessel's policies. In delegating tasks and supervising the crew's activities, he fosters teamwork and personalised growth.

Sail and Work Experience

With ample maritime experience, Andréa has worked as a deckhand / stewardess on yachts such as the Princess V65, Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 52.2, and Beneteau GT 38. Beyond her work onboard yachts, she has also been instrumental in arranging boat rentals for clients with the companies Octopussy and BSP Location. Furthermore, she has a background in the event-organising auto-entrepreneurship, hotel work, and teaching - underscoring her diverse capabilities and dedication to excellence in various fields.

Job Description

As stewardess, Andréa is responsible for organization, management, and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. Andréa ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. In charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of daily life. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met. As deckhand, Andréa has the expertise required to stand in for the captain in his absence, acting in an important role for deckhand duties. She assists the captain during navigation and participates in all on-deck operations, respecting guests’ activities.
