Heating: Hurricane CO45 Hydronic Heating and helm window defrost system. Diesel/electric furnace thermostatically controlled and switch controlled for three zones. New unit installed 2009.

Electronics: Two station Raymarine E 120 screens. Main helm and Command Bridge.48 NM radar, GPS chart plotter/sounder, Autopilot, Raymarine ST 40 depth sounder- digital readout at lower helm. Two Icom 602 VHF radios, with separate antennas. Two water resistant remote microphones with controls for Command bridge, 2 mounted compasses, lower and upper helm. Main Cabin:

Very spacious custom layout, with eastern cherry and maple finishing. Figured maple table, on adjustable pedestal.

Custom Helm seat on electric adjustable pedestal, port seat the same. Small folding maple table in front.

Maple dashboard with fiddle rails on bulkhead of dash.

Ceiling mounted grab rail, grab rails on stairs to forward master stateroom.

Port side desk with computer and printer storage. Drawers below & chart storage. Starboard side couch with drawers underneath. Bookshelf behind seat cushion.

Settee makes into berth with slide out panel from the wall.

11’6’ Aquapro aluminum RHIB, with a 2019 25 HP Tohatsu outboard - electric start, trim & tilt.

Cockpit:

Stainless sink, cabinet and bench seat, Engine access hatch, large storage compartment forward of engine room, 2 lockers on the sides. raw water & fresh water wash down, ladder to command bridge, propane tank locker, vented to the outside, with two 20lb aluminum tanks and one 10 lb aluminum tank (for BBQ).

Steering station with full controls (incl. bow thruster) for fishing or docking.

Fully enclosed with canvas roll-up or removable window panels.

Bow:

Two complete and independent sets of ground tackle.

Lofrans and Maxwell windlasses with 75 feet of chain and 300 feet of rope rode each, and 45 lb CQR anchors, foot & helm switches, anchor wash down.
