Hull is constructed from hand-laminated polyester fiberglass, using vacuum bagging techniques
Design includes a fixed bowsprit
Gelcoat: NPG Gelcoat with first layer of cloth impregnated with NGP resin forming an optimum barrier against osmosis
Structure: Inner moulded hull bottom, structural framing laminated to the hull
Deck: Sandwich with injected “Saerfoam” coring for rigidity and weight reduction
Keel: L-Shaped bulb delivers significant righting moment with minimal drag, lower center of gravity, bolted on with stainless steel backing plates
Rudder: Semi elliptical shape for better performance, optimized for strength, feel and balance, stainless steel blade and shaft encased in epoxy foam
