The items below are drawn from the INACE standard scope and certification responsibilities; items noted as subject to Owner's Representative approval or Owner selection remain open choices for the Owner to make during the build.

Specifications throughout this document are drawn up to Maltese flag-state requirements

• Class Notation: C✠ HULL • MACH Ych, Unrestricted Navigation (pending final selection
• Additional Class Notation AUT-CCS(Y) to be considered as optional, at Owner's choice)
• Service: Pleasure Yacht, unrestricted navigation
• Navigation: GMDSS Navigation Area A3; Flag State Malta
• Certification: INACE is responsible for arranging and obtaining, at Builder's cost, all certificates and documentation required for international voyages and unrestricted operation in IMO member states at the time of delivery

Names & Markings

• Vessel Name: INACE will apply the Owner-selected vessel name in three locations, specifically the Jacuzzi surround and both port and starboard house sides, with letters in polished AISI 316 stainless steel; final signage design and placement subject to Owner's Representative approval
• Ship's Name & Port of Registration (Transom): Vessel name and home port of registry will be fitted to the transom according to Owner selection; final layout and design remain subject to Owner's Representative approval
• Ship's Registration & Official Number: Displayed on the Yacht in accordance with applicable Flag State statutory requirements
• Ship's Carving Plate: Provided and arranged as required by the relevant Statutory Authorities
• Nameplates: General, Accommodation, Technical Areas & Equipment: Mechanically fastened engraved plates in English, following INACE standard design, to be utilized for identification of inventory across all technical spaces, equipment, and guest/crew accommodation; final design subject to Owner's Representative approval

Main Engines

• (2) MAN Medium-duty Tier III marine diesel engines (or Caterpillar C32, alternate)
  • Turbocharged, aftercooled, electronically controlled fuel injection — approx. 800 bhp each @ 2,100 rpm
• Engine controls: electronic remote control with synchronizer at wheelhouse and both wing stations, plus a fixed stern control station

Propulsion & Steering

• Shafts: stainless steel, Villares (or equal), water-lubricated with split-ring seals
• Propellers: (2) 5-blade fixed pitch, Ni-Al-bronze, precision machined, Class One balance
• Gear boxes: ZF (or Twin Disc, alternate), resilient-mounted with trailing pump, oil-cooled with pressure/temperature alarms
• Steering system: twin balanced, profiled rudders, hydraulic steering system (Opem Sistemi or Wills Ridley, alternate); emergency steering provided

Stabilizers & Thrusters

• Stabilizers: zero-speed fin type, Naiad (or Quantum / Abtrack, alternate)
• Bow thruster: hydraulic, approx. 700kg (Side Power or Jastram, alternate)
• Stern thruster: hydraulic, approx. 50kg, S2 rating
• Exhaust: dry/wet combination with certified SCR unit and silencer, IMO Tier III compliant; 316 stainless steel dry section

Generators

• (2) main diesel generator sets, approx. 55 ekW each, make John Deere / Kohler (or Caterpillar, alternate)
• Each genset installed in its own dedicated sound enclosure
• Generator start system: electric, with redundant back-up and cross-over between main engines

Shore Power & Electrical

• Shore power: (1) three-phase connection with frequency converter, make Atlas (or Magnus / I-Sea, alternate)
  • 208–480V, 50/60Hz; approx. 30m cable set stored in the Lazarette; Glendinning retractable reel listed as optional
  • Connection location: aft peak
  • Output specification: 400V, 3-phase, 50Hz to the main switchboard, with seamless synchronized transfer
• Main power system: custom main switchboard with electronic programmable power management (auto start/stop, load sharing, load shedding)
• Batteries: separate Starting, Ship's Service, and Radio/Emergency battery banks, maintenance-free gel type, each with dedicated chargers, monitored via the alarm/monitoring system

Climate Control

• Air conditioning: sea-water-cooled chilled-water HVAC plant, modular with a minimum of 2 compressors for redundancy, and individual fancoil temperature control in every accommodation space (make H&H, Marr IX, Termodinamica, Dometic, Frigomar or Htec)
• Make-up air: central air-handling units with filtration, chilling and dehumidification
• Air compressors: Atlas Copco (or equal, alternate)

Fresh Water Systems

• Fresh water purification: (2) independent desalination plants, min. 200 l/hr each, make HEM (or Idromar, alternate)
• Fresh water pumps: (2) pressure pump sets, min. 4 bar working pressure (1 duty, 1 standby)
• Water heaters: (2) hot water storage tanks, approx. 200 L each, make Thermolar (or equal)

Fuel & Lubrication Systems

• Fuel oil separator: Alfa Laval
• Fuel filters: Parker Racor

Bilge & Sewage Systems

• Main bilge pump: electrically driven, self-priming, installed in the engine room
• Emergency bilge/fire pump: diesel-driven, self-priming, independent of the main bilge system, connected to the auxiliary raw water inlet
• Sewage treatment system: Hamman Model 025 HL-Cont (33-person capacity, or equal)
• Bilge oil/water separator: minimum 150 L/hr, IMO Resolution MEPC 107(49) compliant (listed as optional)

All safety equipment is designed and installed in accordance with applicable Classification Society and Malta flag state requirements.

Fire-Fighting Equipment

• Fire control system: automatic smoke and fire detection in every compartment, with heat detectors in the engine room and galley; addressable mimic panel in the wheelhouse, make Consilium
• Sea water fire main: electrically driven self-priming centrifugal pump, cross-connected to the bilge system as back-up
• Engine room fire suppression: FM200 (or equal, alternate); CO2 system for the galley hood
• Fire extinguishers, fire blankets, fire suits: per Classification Society and Flag State requirements
• Fire alarm bells: general alarm via loudspeaker network, plus a manual station near the tender fuel filling point

Life-Saving Equipment

• Life rafts: offshore-approved type sized for full complement, stored on extendable cradles at the sundeck, manually deployed, with hydrostatic release
• Personal flotation devices: lifejackets for full complement, per Statutory Authority requirements
• Immersion suits: per Statutory Authority requirements
• Life rings: recessed lifebuoy racks, quantity per Statutory Authority requirements
• Rescue tender: non-LSA certified, max. loaded weight 1,000kg (incl. engines), foredeck stowage (SWL increase listed as optional)

Deck Finishes

• All exterior decks are teak-clad in traditional 50mm-wide planking, 10mm thick after sanding, laid over faired decks on a lightweight bedding compound with grey calking — with the exception of the tender garage and the storage deck beneath the pool deck
• Handrails and handholds in polished stainless steel (AISI 316L) run along stairways and bulwark tops throughout
• Cabinetry: exterior cabinetry tops in Corian (or similar); cabinet bodies in water-resistant plywood, faired and fully painted; selected cabinets fitted with plexiglass shelves for glassware/drinkware
• Soft furnishings & cushions: sun-resistant fabric with self-draining open-cell foam, fixed via Velcro or bolt ropes

Bulwark Doors

• (2) large automatic aluminum bulwark doors in the garage; when lowered, each becomes a working platform flush with the garage floor, anti-skid finish, with removable railings and mooring cleats

ISY 106 AVENTURA is designed to accommodate up to 6 cabins for 12 Guests and 3 cabins for 6 Crew, arranged across the main, lower, and bridge decks as follows;
