The items below are drawn from the INACE standard scope and certification responsibilities; items noted as subject to Owner's Representative approval or Owner selection remain open choices for the Owner to make during the build.

Classification & Certification
Specifications throughout this document are drawn up to Marshall Islands flag-state requirements.

• Class Notation: C✠ HULL • MACH Ych, Unrestricted Navigation (pending final selection
  • Additional Class Notation AUT CCS(Y) to be considered as optional, at Owner's choice)
• Service: Pleasure Yacht, unrestricted navigation
• Navigation: GMDSS Navigation Area A3; Flag State Marshall Islands
• Certification: INACE is responsible for arranging and obtaining, at Builder's cost, all certificates and documentation required for international voyages and unrestricted operation in IMO member states at the time of delivery

Names & Markings

• Vessel Name: INACE will apply the Owner-selected vessel name in three locations — the jacuzzi surround and both port/starboard house sides — with letters in polished AISI 316 stainless steel; final signage design and placement subject to Owner's Representative approval
• Ship's Name & Port of Registration (Transom): name and home port of registration are to be arranged on the transom per Owner's selection, subject to Owner's Representative approval
• Ship's Registration & Official Number: displayed on the Yacht per the statutory requirements of the Flag State
• Ship's Carving Plate: arranged as required by the Statutory Authorities
• Nameplates — General, Accommodation, Technical Areas & Equipment: engraved in English and mechanically fastened, to INACE's standard plate design, used throughout the Yacht's accommodation, technical spaces and equipment for inventory identification; subject to Owner's Representative approval

Main Engines

• (2) CATERPILLAR C32B or MAN V12X (alternate) marine diesel engines
• 12-cylinder, IMO Tier III, turbocharged, aftercooled, electronically controlled fuel injection — approx. 1,000 bhp each @ 1,800–2,100 rpm
• Engine controls: electronic remote control with synchronizer at wheelhouse, both wing stations, and a stern control station; optional Sun Deck helm station with 16" Garmin (or equivalent) multifunction display

Propulsion & Steering

• Shafts: stainless steel, Villares (or equal), water-lubricated with split-ring seals
• Propellers: Teignbridge (or equal)
• Gear boxes: ZF2300 (or Twin Disc, alternate), oil-cooled with pressure/temperature alarms
• Steering system: Kobelt (or Wills Ridley, alternate)

Stabilizers & Thrusters

• Stabilizers: CMC (or Humphree / Sleipner, alternate) 
• Bow & Stern thrusters: hydraulic or electric, approx. 1,000kg S2 rating

Generators

• Two (2) main diesel generator sets, approx. 99 ekW each, make Kohler (or CAT, alternate) 
• A third generator, dedicated to hotel/night-mode load, to be specified during detailed engineering
• Generator start system: electric, with redundant back-up and cross-over between main engines

Shore Power & Electrical

• Shore power: one (1) three-phase connection with frequency converter, make Atlas (or A-Sea, alternate)
  • 208–480V, 50/60Hz; approx. 30m cable set stored in the Lazarette; optional Glendinning retractable reel
  • Connection location: aft peak
  • Output specification: 400V, 3-phase, 50Hz to the main switchboard
• Main power system: custom main switchboard (Tek-sea or Atlas, alternate) with one generator section per genset plus a dedicated shore field
• Batteries: separate Service, Emergency, GMDSS, and Start battery banks, monitored via the alarm/monitoring system
• Battery chargers: Tek-sea (or Mastervolt, alternate)

• Make-up air: central air-handling units with filtration, chilling and dehumidification
• Air compressors: Schulz CSD 18/100 (or Bauer, alternate)

Fresh Water Systems

• Fresh water purification: Ecomac (or FCI / SPOT ZERO, alternate) reverse-osmosis water maker

Fuel & Lubrication Systems

• Fuel oil separator: CJC (or Alfa Laval, alternate)
• Fuel filters: Racor

Bilge & Sewage System

• Fire/bilge pump: emergency bilge/fire-fighting pump on the auxiliary raw water inlet
• Sewage treatment system: Mini Biocon (or equal, alternate)

All safety equipment is designed and installed in accordance with applicable Classification Society and Marshall Islands flag state requirements.

Fire-Fighting Equipment

• Fire control system: automatic smoke and fire detection in every compartment, with heat detectors in the engine room and galley; addressable mimic panel in the wheelhouse
• Fire extinguishers, fire blankets, fire suits: per Classification Society and Flag State requirements 
• Smoke detectors: fitted throughout, per Class requirements
• Fire alarm bells: general alarm via loudspeaker network, plus a manual station near the tender fuel filling point

Life-Saving Equipment

• Life rafts: offshore-approved type sized for full complement, stored on extendable cradles at the sundeck, with hydrostatic release
• Personal flotation devices: lifejackets for full complement, per Statutory Authority requirements
• Immersion suits: per Statutory Authority requirements
• Life rings: recessed lifebuoy racks, quantity per Statutory Authority requirements
• EPIRBs / SARTs / Flares: certified and supplied per Class and Statutory Authority requirements

Medical Equipment

• Medical kit: Owner-supplied, per Statutory Authority requirements

• GMDSS: fully classified, Navigation Area A3
• Internal ship's communication: general alarm and loudspeaker announcement system fitted throughout

• ECDIS: fully classified, to be confirmed during engineering phase
• Navigation Electronics: Owner-supplied and Builder-installed, with the final package and configuration to be determined during engineering phase 
• Equipment to include radar, gyrocompass, magnetic compass, autopilot, depth/video sounder, GPS, wind and speed indicators, Navtex, and AIS

Indicative loadout only — the specification references the below as a possible tender/toy configuration sized to the vessel's stowage and lifting capacities; final selection remains at the Owner's discretion.

• Reference tender: Williams 565 or Castoldi 568 (Owner-supplied, foredeck stowage, detachable chocks)
• Rescue tender: Owner-supplied inflatable, max. loaded weight 1,500kg, foredeck stowage

Provisional sum reserved for final selection with Buyer; to include full system with screens, speakers, TV lifts, cabling, power supplies, and installation.

ISY 125 AVENTURA is designed to accommodate up to 5 cabins for Owners and guests and 4 cabins for Crew, arranged across the upper and lower decks as follows;
