This 46’ Chesapeake Deadrise vessel is one of few that have a COI for 39 passengers. The drydock inspection and COI renewal was done 9/23/2025 so it is good until 9/23/2030. The Certification is for Lakes, Bays and Sounds.

Markley 46' has an excellent reputation for rugged construction, remarkable performance and exceptional sea-keeping qualities.  It has the best of everything and has the strength to withstand the rigors of commercial use.  She is powered by twin 375hp  Caterpillar 3208 engines which deliver a 18kt cruise with top speed of 26 kts. 

Her elevated engine boxes  make daily engine care easy and provide good seating for passengers.  The cabin is airy and very comfortable for guests.  She has an engine driven heater/defroster.  She is a highly desirable choice among commercial fisherman, charter captains and experienced cruisers alike!

The electronics have been upgraded with 2 Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv, Garmin GMR Radar, Garmin Reactor 40 Autopilot, 2 Standard Horizon Matrix GX2400GPS VHF Radios, and Garmin LiveScope Sonar.

The Cat 3208 engines have 750 hours since major rebuild. The Twin Disc MG-5061-A Transmissions have under 200 hours since rebuild. New shafts and seals were installed in 2025. The props are 24 x 28 four blade bronze. Both of the 191 gallon Fuel tanks were replaced in 2025.

The cockpit is huge, most of which is protected from the sun by the extended hard top. To starboard is the after steering console, which in classic Chesapeake Bay fashion, makes it easy to back down, whether into a slip or to retrieve a fish. There is tremendous space for your guests either working, relaxing, or both.

Next In the airy cabin to starboard is the helm station with wheel, engine controls and readouts, a complete electronics array and the DC master panel with circuit breakers. Two steps down the midship companionway brings you to the large private head. Completely forward is a large, comfortable V-berth with stowage all around.  

This vessel will make a very comfortable boat for harbor tours, eco trips, or fishing excursions on bays or sounds.
