Currently lying in Greece, Spirit R74 Spirit of Galatea was designed for cruising and occasional regatta racing in the Mediterranean. Launched in 2014, ‘Galatea’ as she is affectionately known was the first Spirit to launch with the yard’s now iconic fan light windows in the sleek, low profile coachroof.
The original brief from the owner was focused on beautiful aesthetic and sailing performance. Galatea’s low freeboard and long overhangs give way to her flush decks and sweeping cockpit, turning heads wherever she goes.
