Nadia Martinez

Nadia was born and raised in Miami Lakes, Florida. Growing up near the sunny beaches of South Florida, she spent most of her time at the beach, swimming, boating, and enjoying most recreational activities of being on the water. After majoring in International Business at Miami Dade College, she worked in events, advertising, and customer service before joining the yachting industry in 2008.

Nadia began her career in the yachting industry as a part of the Miami Boat Show team for the NMMA (National Marine Manufacturers Association). She gained more than 10 years of experience in the domestic and global yachting industry as an Events Coordinator where she cultivated her passion for yachting and producing boat shows.  

Over the years she was a part of the International Program and focused on bringing in innovative customer experiences like the VIP program. Among her many roles during her tenure, she assisted as a team member for  IBEX, and the U.S.A Superyacht pavilion at METS. She helped lead in the creation of the Emerging Marine Leaders which worked alongside the Young Professionals to promote networking and growth of the next generation of yachting professionals.  Her passion is delivering successful projects to ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer successful experiences.

Nadia is a self-proclaimed “enthusiastic”  second generation Colombian-American communicator, salsa-dancing enthusiast, and globally recognized as a Certified Exhibition Management® Professional from Miami.
