Most new-construction stories ask you to picture a single finished yacht. Project Petra asks you to picture three.
She's a 49.9-meter full-displacement explorer, drawn by Milan's Hot Lab and engineered to be built at RMK Marine in Istanbul, the Koç Group yard that's spent decades turning out rugged, blue-water steel. What makes her worth a second look isn't just the pedigree. It's that she's offered as one engineered platform in three distinct editions, so an owner picks the version that matches how they actually plan to cruise, rather than compromising into someone else's spec.
All three share the same hull, the same on-deck master with a private balcony, and the same expansive aft deck that reconfigures for a pool, a helicopter, or a stack of tenders and toys depending on the edition and the day. Where they part ways is intent:

The explorer credentials are real, not decorative. Steel hull, aluminium superstructure, proper crew quarters, and the extra refrigeration and freezer capacity that long passages actually demand. Fold-down bulwarks turn the tender garage into a beach club once the toys are in the water. She's built to go far and stay comfortable doing it.
The other headline is timing. Petra is fully engineered, which means construction can begin immediately and delivery runs roughly 24 months from keel laying. For a category where the wait is usually the hardest part of the sell, cutting that runway is a real advantage.
