The salon is welcoming and open from the aft cockpit entrance forward through to the pilothouse helm area.
Forward and port adjacent to the salon is a feature rich open area bathed in natural light through the large opening window, generous storage, meal prep, serving space, and appliances.
The pilothouse features a centerline helm console with a custom teak ships wheel, captain’s chair, starboard deck access door, teak & holly flooring, a large L-shaped custom upholstered cruising settee with table, port opening window with screen, overhead opening hatches (2) with screens, and inside stair access to the flybridge helm.
The foyer area at the base of the stairs from the pilothouse has access to the Master and VIP staterooms, and guest head through teak privacy doors, and a utility locker configured for stacked washer and dryer that has been converted into a larger hanging locker (the Sellers have the washer and dryer that will be included with the vessel).
The forward VIP stateroom has an island pedestal bed with built-in drawers (x2), custom mattress and bedding, diesel heat zone control with thermostat, hanging locker, cabinet storage and private ensuite access to the guest head.
To port between the Master and VIP staterooms is the guest head which includes teak & holly flooring, a teak vanity with solid surface countertop, custom molded sink, storage below, medicine cabinet, Dometic vacuum flush toilet and a large stall shower.
Midship, the Master Stateroom is a statement of luxurious comfort showcasing an island bed, drawer storage beneath, in the bedside nightstands, and in a well-designed portside bureau for a total x9, multiple hanging lockers (x3), carpeted floor, TV, dressing mirror and a private ensuite head with stall shower.
The head features teak & holly flooring, a teak vanity with solid surface countertop and mirrored medicine cabinet doors, Dometic vacuum flush toilet and a large stall shower.
Access to the enclosed flybridge is convenient through the stainless steel & glass hatch from the pilothouse. At the helm are dual helm chairs, a redundant navigation suite which includes chart plotter, radar, VHF, autopilot, and compass components. There is plenty of seating around the port and starboard cruising settees.
Aft between the port and starboard flybridge cruising settees is a dual zipper sealed sliding panel to access the open bridge deck area for tender / toy storage, barbecuing, and refreshing open-air lounging provides eye appealing vistas across the waterscape.
For AC electrical power aboard there are the following implemented systems; shore power inlets for 240V/50A, Northern Lights 16kW generator, and Xantrex inverter. The 12VDC system is sourced through the house battery bank. One common power distribution panel is at the top of the accommodations deck stairway next to the pilothouse.
SEQUEL’s propulsion is twin Cummins 6CT8.3M3 450HP marine diesel engines, matched with ZF IRM 301A-2 transmissions.
Note: this yacht is equipped with a Webasto hydronic diesel heating system which is plumbed into the engine heater exchanger, which providing heat in cold winter months for the engines while the furnace is in operation and heat interior spaces of the yacht from the engines while they are running.
This area is accessed along wide full-length side decks and is your working space when anchoring and another open-air relaxing haven. There are storage compartments on either side of the anchoring system.
